At Society Tea, we strive to ensure every sip is perfect; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are typically only accepted for damaged or incorrect shipments. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a resolution for any quality concerns.
Return Process

Our quality assurance team will review your request within 24-48 hours to verify the issue and approve the return or replacement.
- 3.Packaging
Once approved, ensure the tea remains in its original vacuum-sealed packaging and place it securely in a shipping box.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After we process your request, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
